Tilly was a beautiful bitch with wonderful movement and attitude but most important she was my best friend. She always knew exactly what I wanted all the time and then would decide whether I really should have it or not!
She was everything an Aussie should be- incredibly smart, intuitive, fun (no ball she could not catch), kept the cows off the fence, and she just knew she was the Queen of the show ring and my heart.
She even graciously allowed me half the bed at night too.
I was truly blessed the day she came into my life and she has passed her wonderful brains and temperament to her kids.
Thus the beginning of our family here at Furey Australian Shepherds........and the legend lives on.
Beyond the sky so clear and blue,
My Tilly's life starts anew.
Where crystal shores meet fields so green,
The Rainbow Bridge holds Aussie dreams.
Someday there we'll meet again, Tilly my special friend.
Until that time I hold so dear every moment we shared while here.
You hold a place in my heart that time and space could never part.
Till the day I cross that shore you have my love forever more.
